Non-congenital abnormalities

The intense inflammation can be painful with high fever, pain and abscess formation.

Fibroadenoma: these are benign lumps in the breast, which can be painful.
Fibrocystic breast changes is an exception where the coarser structure of the breast, sometimes with pain.

Malignant abnormalities
